the ROI of DISC Certification
DISC Certification can quickly pay for itself, whether you’re building internal capability or offering DISC services to clients.
A professionally facilitated half-day DISC workshop typically costs $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the audience, location, and level of customization. Virtual DISC Workshops generally start around $1,000 for a 2-hour session.
For organizations planning to introduce DISC across multiple teams or hundreds of employees, developing an in-house certified facilitator can significantly reduce ongoing training costs.
For coaches and consultants, facilitating just one or two paid DISC workshops can often cover the cost of becoming DISC Certified.
What Does DISC Certification Teach?
During DISC Certification, participants will build a foundation of knowledge in the DISC model, research, and theory. The course covers the following topics:
Using DISC in a coaching capacity is one of its primary applications.
Many individuals who seek coaching support are dealing with interpersonal issues or workplace misalignment. DISC offers support for both areas. DISC Certification offers an opportunity to practice using this tool to effectively coach someone to learn their behavioral and psychological needs.
DISC Certification will prepare you to learn how the 12 DISC Personality Types communicate and interact. With this knowledge, you will understand why communication issues occur and how you can help your participants overcome interpersonal issues.
DISC has helped thousands of organizations improve their organizational culture because the tool focuses on self-awareness and on recognizing others’ needs and stressors. DISC Certification teaches you how to bring these concepts to life through the facilitated workshop program around:
- Leadership and DISC
- Adaptability and DISC
- Building effective Teams and DISC
We believe DISC can and should be used across the whole organization. However, DISC is a very useful tool for developing leaders and their ability to communicate, direct, and delegate. DISC Certification will showcase how you can use the tool to coach leaders to reach their full potential and overcome interpersonal issues.
