I attended the DISC certification class. It was very well done. The content was informative and the sessions were very interactive. It was a combination of lecture and practice that was very helpful in preparing me to deliver workshops in the future. The producer also did a great job in managing the technical aspects and I even picked up some tips I can use in my own virtual sessions.
