Train, Coach and Develop Your People using DISC Basic
DISC Certification is designed to help anyone gain confidence and experience in using DISC in a training or coaching capacity.
The course is 100% virtual.
The course combines self-paced learning with live, virtual sessions that are designed to mimic a face-to-face classroom. Total time commitment is between 12 and 16 hours, with 8 hours of live, virtual, classroom participation.

DISC Certification Cost
DISC Basic Certification costs $1,995. It includes:
- The DISC Certification Course (12-16 hours of coursework).
- Access to training and coaching materials (2-hour and 4-hour training programs, plus many additional training activities) for use post-certification. ($1,295 value)
- Access to the DISC Admin account, where you will issue and review DISC Assessments for your clients or employees. Whitelist reports with your organization/company logo. ($95 value)
- 10 Free DISC Basic Assessments ($590 value)
This course allows anyone with a professional certificate from SHRM, ATD, ICF, or HRCI to receive professional credits.
What Does DISC Certification Teach?
During DISC Certification, participants will build a foundation of knowledge in the DISC model, research, and theory. The course covers the following topics:
- DISC Theory and the 12 DISC Personality Types.
- Leadership and DISC
- Adaptability and DISC
- Building effective Teams and DISC
Once you complete the required coursework, you will apply what you have learned through a facilitated profile debrief. During this section, you will schedule time with a DISC Master Trainer, where you will debrief a profile with them to ensure your mastery of the course content.

What's included with DISC Certification?

DISC Trainer Materials
Included in your registration fee is access to DISC activities, handouts, videos and PowerPoints. You will receive access to hours of training materials that you can use to build custom programs that fit the goals of your DISC Workshop. These materials will focus on leadership development, self-awareness, professional development, and team building. There are debriefing guides that you can use for guided or peer coaching.

Your registration fee includes 10 DISC Basic assessments that you can use immediately. Additional assessments can be purchased base on volume pricing. Email our support team for questions around enterprise, university/education, and non-profit pricing.

DISC Certification Support Team

This course includes 12-16 hours of content. The timing depends on how long it takes you complete the self-paced work.
We certify hundreds of HR professionals in DISC each year. Overwhelmingly, our learners report being satisfied with the course because it gave them a stronger foundation to teach DISC and achieve their organizational or leadership development goals.
If you have used DISC or other behavioral assessment tools, we invite you to use DISC without becoming certified. Our team is here to support you in using these tools if you don't want to obtain another credential or if you feel confident with your ability to use these tools.

Certification is not required to teach DISC. For anyone who wants to start using DISC visit our online store to purchase assessments or open an administration account. An administration account allows you to create free group reports.

You will receive your own personal assessment as part of this course. You will also receive 10 DISC Basic assessment credits as part of your certification registration fee. After you have used all 10 of those assessments, the assessments are sold based on quantity.

Certification is not required to teach DISC. As your DISC vendor, we will provide you support to ensure that you know how to use the assessment and implement your training program succesfully.
DISC Certification costs $1,995 and includes 10 Free assessments, an admin account, and training materials.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds are available to learners 15 days prior to the course start date. There are no refunds available after this point.

DISC Certification Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or substitutions must be made at least seven calendar days prior to your orientation. Cancellations made less than seven days before orientation will not be eligible for a refund.
Course Change Fee: We do our best to accommodate changing schedules. If you discover that you are unable to make your required session dates, please contact us at least two days prior to your orientation to switch courses. Course changes made less than two days in advance will be charged a $275 course change fee.
We reserve the right to cancel this course at any time. Should this occur, you will be offered a seat in a future class or a refund for the cost of the sessions.
