Tim Schwanz

Tim’s work with the DISC model began in 2016 when he worked at a competing DISC assessment publisher. During that time, Tim was responsible for helping onboard new consultants, coaches, and practitioners towards how to leverage DISC to enact changes within the organizations they worked.
Outside of work, Tim runs the youth program at his church and enjoys spending time with family and friends in any capacity. He also loves working with his hands and has done a couple kitchen remodels and built several pieces of furniture amongst other projects.
Tim has a BA in marketing from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
