Adam Stamm
Managing Partner
After spending seven years in various Advertising and Marketing positions, Adam decided to leave his corporate job and work with products that promote self-awareness and professional growth.
While working in advertising, Adam supported household name brands (Hyundai/Kia, State Farm, Walgreens, Pepsi, and Clorox) and managed their various advertising campaigns. He was fascinated with how brands were able to maintain our attention and hoped to one day use the skills he developed to promote ideas or products that would change lives, workplaces, and relationships.
Adam joined Online DISC Profile in 2018 and hasn’t looked back.
In 2022, Adam was elected Vice President of Technology for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Talent Development and subsequently elected Chapter President in 2024.
