DISC trainings and workshops focus on improving teamwork, leadership, and workplace culture by improving our communication.
The DISC Birds workshop takes the key concepts from our standard DISC Training workshop and presents the DISC Styles in a fun and memorable format: birds.
When the program links each DISC style to the four individual birds, it breathes new life into the tried-and-true DISC model. In this program, the following styles are used within the DISC Form:
- Eagles to the Dominant (D) style
- Parrots to the Interactive (I) style
- Doves to the Supportive (S) style
- Owls to the Conscientious (C) style
We have found that training participants remember the styles and quickly apply what they’ve learned. After all, if people are going to apply new wisdom, they have to remember it!

- Full-day program (3-6 training hours)
- Up to 30 Learners can join the program
- Instructor-led classroom training at location of your choice.

In this workshop, we will cover helping someone learn their DISC Style and how to use DISC to connect with others on their team and organization. Depending on the amount of time you select (half-day or full-day), we will go deeper into the content and add more activities for greater learning impact.
Participants discover how DISC Bird styles affect workplace relationships and explore the priorities and motivations that drive them at work.
Participants learn what works for them and what challenges them when interacting with each DISC Bird style.
Participants create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DISC styles.
Birds Assessment & Report Pricing
Before the DISC Birds training begins, all participants are required to complete the DISC Birds assessment. The DISC Birds assessment is sold based on volume with pricing discounts built in based on the volume that you purchase.

The assessment will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Learners will answer questions about how they view themselves. At the end of the assessment, each learner will receive a detailed report explaining their DISC Profile Style and the bird style aligned with their behavioral pattern.

To complete this scheduling process, please select three potential training dates and pay a deposit of $995. This deposit is refundable if we are unable to find a date that works for you and our training team.

Frequently Asked DISC Birds Training Questions
The DISC Birds assessment is taken through an online portal where learners will select words and phrases that most and least describe themselves.
This assessment is not a test! There are no right or wrong answers and the entire assessment process takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
We have found that travel expenses typically range between $500 and $1000 for most of the US.
It is possible to run the DISC Birds training program for a conference-type event with more than 30 attendees.
Bringing in another facilitator to ensure the program runs smoothly will incur additional costs. Please contact us to start this discussion.
