The DISC Birds workshop takes the key concepts from the standard DISC Training workshop and presents the DISC Styles in a fun and memorable format.
In this program, the following birds are used to represent the four primary DISC styles:
- Eagle: Dominant (D) style
- Parrot: Interactive (I) style
- Dove: Supportive (S) style
- Owl: Conscientious (C) style

Birds Assessment & Report Pricing
Before the DISC Birds training begins, all participants are required to complete the DISC Birds assessment. The assessment will take 15-20 minutes to complete. Learners will answer questions about how they view themselves. At the end of the assessment, each learner will receive a detailed report explaining their DISC Profile Style and the bird style aligned with their behavioral pattern.

The DISC Birds assessment is taken through an online portal where learners will select words and phrases that most and least describe themselves.
This assessment is not a test! There are no right or wrong answers and the entire assessment process takes less than 20 minutes to complete.
Our facilitators are located on the East Coast near Philadelphia. Costs will vary depending on if your location is within driving distance. We have found that travel expenses typically range between $250 and $1000 for most of the US.
It is possible to run the DISC Birds training program for a conference-type event with more than 30 attendees.
Bringing in another facilitator to ensure the program runs smoothly will incur additional costs. Please contact us to start this discussion.
No, but if you are an HR professional, manager, or independent consultant who wants to run this popular workshop within your own organization or for your clients, our DISC Training certification is the worthwhile consideration, but not needed.
This program provides you with the complete facilitator's kit, materials, and credentials you need to lead your own 'Birds' workshops effectively.
The cost of your session will depend on whether it is a classroom (in-person) or virtual session. Classroom sessions will require you to pay additional travel expenses. In addition to the cost of your facilitated session and any travel costs, you will need to purchase the DISC Birds assessment for each person attending the training. Contact us for a formal quote.
